Terri - Office Manager

Terri is the office manager at Swan Orthodontics and looks forward to helping you throughout your orthodontic treatment!  In 2008 she began working for Dr. Swan. Terri loves working with Dr. Swan because of her caring nature and professionalism. She also enjoys working with the patients and their families.

Terri is originally from Howard City and is still living there today. She is married, and she and her husband, Vic, have three children, Brent, Dylan, and Macey. When Terri is not at work she can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, boating, camping, snowmobiling, and attending sporting events.  Terri is a current member of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and the Grand Rapids Dental Assistant Society (GRDAS).

Emily - Treatment Coordinator

Emily is our Treatment Coordinator and handles our marketing here at Swan Orthodontics. She works with our new patients, coordinating their exams, taking records during their consultations, and assisting with financial plans. Emily has always been interested in orthodontics and is excited to be here and meet new people and see their smiles and confidence bloom.

Emily is from Caledonia and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband Bryan have 3 daughters Morgan, Olivia, and Paige. Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time by the pool swimming, reading, camping, crafting and shopping. 

 

Brittany - Orthodontic Assistant  

Brittany is an assistant here at Swan Orthodontics. Brittany is a Registered  Dental Assistant (RDA) who attended Grand Rapids Community College.  Brittany enjoys orthodontics because she loves meeting new patients and  helping create a beautiful smile!

Brittany is from Lowell and enjoys spending time with her family and fiance  Trevor. She also loves animals, especially her dog Rocky and cat Dora.  Brittany also loves spending the summer outside, shopping, and music.

 

 

 

Amy - Clinical Assistant

As an orthodontic assistant, Amy focuses mainly on keeping the sterilization room running smoothly, as well as assisting Dr. Swan and her co-workers with the daily flow. Working at Swan Orthodontics is a joy, and Amy loves interacting with patients and their families. She also admires the way Dr. Swan treats her patients, and how her care for them shows throughout the office.

Outside of work Amy loves spending time with her husband and children. They also have a Shih Tzu dog named Bear, who loves to go camping with the family! Holiday decorating, being active, and antique shopping are some of the things Amy enjoys doing.
